An interesting game for Arce (7-3) which played road game in Izalco against 4th ranked Izalco (1-9). Second ranked Arce managed to get a 11-point victory 70-59. Worth to mention a great performance of center Teodoro Romero (202-85) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points, 34 rebounds and 5 blocks. Guard Oscar Grande (175-1) contributed with 21 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Erick Tobar (188-96) replied with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for Izalco. Arce have an impressive five-game winning streak. Despite that victory Arce went down to third position due to points difference. Izalco lost ninth consecutive game. They dropped to the bottom place with nine games lost.
